- Quercetin

- Cranberries which contain hippuric acid and proanthocyanidins.
Directions
This product comes in capsule form and it is recommended that you take one capsule every day to maintain a well balanced urinary system. You may increase the dosage to 2 capsules if you are having urinary issues but do not exceed 2 capsules per day. This should be taken with water at different stages every day. No specific times are given or whether the capsule should be taken with meals or on an empty stomach.
